a big stabilizer ball and a wall....


Light weights if you want to use them.


10 minutes that's all!!

Fresh, frozen and canned fruits are


low in calories, high in fiber and nutrients,


and can help satisfy a sweet tooth without doing as much damage as a dessert.


Just think....eat a banana, an apple and some strawberries...yummy
