Talked to Sis, Shawn and Leah through Skype a few minutes ago. Melissa is so amazing! Kate is already "communicating" with her, laughing and eating a bowl of soup with noodles. Baby steps...Thank you for your prayers, they are certainly being felt!
Please continue to lift them up in prayer!

Wow! This doesn't seem like baby steps to me....sound like great bounds! Good for them! I know having Leah there is helping so much...not only does she have such a gentle spirit, but I think kids just relate to other kids. With us, Shea saw that Ethan was comfortable with us, so it was probably ok for her, too. Thanks for keeping us posted on the Skype conversations!

p.s. I've been meaning to email you...was so disappointed Tara didn't win! Didn't Helen seem like she lost TOO much weight at the finale? Ugghhhh. I'm sorry, but she drove me batty! So happy for the guy who won the at-home challenge. What an inspiration! Hope all is going well with you. I've stalled at 17 pounds....going to relax this weekend, then hit it hard next week!
