Spark People Bootcamp Day 2

Yesterday's video was fun and easy ....

today you need

a big stabilizer ball and a wall....

Light weights if you want to use them.

10 minutes that's all!!

Your Bonus Challenge for Day 2 (optional)

is to eat at least 3 servings of fruit.

Fresh, frozen and canned fruits are

low in calories, high in fiber and nutrients,

and can help satisfy a sweet tooth without doing as much damage as a dessert.

Just a banana, an apple and some strawberries...yummy
