Little changes....

One of the reasons I couldn't stay on the Low Carb Diet is my need of a sandwich. Can't explain it, but I love them! Simple stuff...2oz.Boar's Head turkey or chicken, 1 tablespoon Hellman's light mayo, couple pieces of lettuce, 2 slices of whole grain bread... I'm a happy girl.

Isn't bread the most wonderful food? Love it with butter. Love it with mayo. Love it with jelly. No wonder bread has been around a long time. It's some yummy stuff. Toasted, grilled, just plain, or heated in the microwave for a little while. Love me some bread!!!
