Show and tell....

My daughter Melissa told me yesterday was Leah's day for show and tell at preschool. It had been her weekend to take the bear home with her and report back all the places they had been together. You can read more about it here. Leah dressed the bear in a lovely dress and took very good care of "her". They had an awesome time together.

Every time I think about show and tell my mind wonders back to first grade when I took a piece of cake to show and tell...seemed like a great idea at home....cake was wonderful right? No one, I mean no one thought it was interesting. Poor me! It wasn't as bad as the time I forgot to bring cookies and Kool-Aid to our girl scouts meeting....whew..those girls can turn on you in an instant!! ;-)

Today I want to show and tell some cosmetic items I love and use everyday.

Benefits High Brow Defining Pencil - Brow Pencil

They claim "an instant brow lift in a stick. Want eyes that appear 10 years younger? Give yourself a ‘lift’ with high brow.

Use this just under your eyebrows...follow the line of your brows, gives you an instant lift and makes you look awake. It's around $20, last forever. LOVE IT!!

Benefits Eye Bright

This little pink pencil packs a lot of power. The ability to brighten up the appearance of tired eyes and camouflage imperfections. Spot treat the corners of your eyes and wayward blemishes to instantly brighten your look. $20 I need all the help I can get, these two items are my little make-up friends!

Note* You can buy these from the Benefits counter at Macy's, Dillards, Sephora and Ultra.

Little Leah is just the sweetest. I loved my snacks at milk break in school...I would have totally been into your cake at show n tell. I was laughing out loud about the girl scouts.

I must agree with Pearl. Bring cake to my house anyday for show and tell. Leah is a little doll. I was in girl scouts and all we did was fix things to eat and eat. I wonder how many of us in that troop have eating issues today. Where can I find those pencils? I need all the help I can get.
